Safer Together Summer Festival 2023 Millennium Park
Safer Together Summer festival is happening on Saturday the 17th of June from 1.00 – 5.00pm in the Millennium park Blanchardstown. With free entry, this is a great idea for a family day out. All events, performers and timetable are given in the poster above. Refreshments will also be available on site.
New meeting pods for community use Luttrellstown Community Centre
The Board of Fingal Community and Recreation Services CLG and Luttrellstown Community centre are pleased to announce the installation of 3 new informal meeting spaces at the centre. This project has been funded by Fingal County Council’s Community Development Office.
The pods/meeting spaces are designed to create a warm welcoming space for all customers and the local community to hold small meetings or conversations in a semiprivate space. No booking is necessary, and the spaces can be used to do some business work or have a short spur of the moment committee meeting without the need to book a meeting space.
Luttrellstown Community Centre has excellent free Wi-Fi connectivity provided through the BCP and connected Hubs Programme and so there is no excuse for members of the community to avail of this space.
The Board of Fingal Community and Recreation Services CLG would also like to thank Fingal County Council for the opportunity to provide the meeting pods at Luttrellstown Community Centre. They will provide much need additional meeting spaces in a busy centre and add real value to the community and the clients of the centre.

Launch of the Directory of Irish Non-profits by Carmichael House
The Launch of the Directory of Irish Non-profits by Carmichael House took place this morning.
The Directory is a joint initiative of leading Irish philanthropies and non-profits and was built in the first quarter of 2023, using data from eight separate public regulatory sources. It is the only classified listing of all registered non-profits in Ireland. The Directory is accompanied by a report analysing headline changes in the sector in 2022 over the previous year.
