Hello, how are you? – Thrive Mental Health Campaign
Flemington Community Centre was host to a successful launch day facilitated by Mental Health Ireland with a simple message: “Hello, how are you?”.
The coffee morning in Balbriggan was held as part of the Thrive Mental Health campaign and attended by Fingal Mayor Seána Ó Rodaigh and several local services.
The international initiative is built on the premise that good mental health can only be achieved through broadly based activities which seeks to embrace and protect the mental health of a whole community. It aims to build an understanding and awareness of mental health and wellbeing by reducing stigma.
