Balbriggan Travellers Project
Balbriggan Travellers Project delivers a Primary Health Care Project for Travellers living in the North Fingal area. The aim of the Primary Health Care Project is to address health inequalities as identified in the All-Ireland Traveller Health Study (2010), with a specific focus on Travellers living in North Fingal. To achieve this, Balbriggan Travellers Project is committed to the following objectives:
- Improved communication between Travellers and health service providers.
- Increased access for Travellers into mainstream health services and other community services.
- Improved health outcomes for the Traveller community in North Fingal.
- Empowerment of the community to manage the wider social determinants of their health.
The Primary Health Care Project Team works to promote positive health outcomes for the Traveller community in North Fingal as a whole
Facility | Description |

Large Meeting Room | For large meetings/training. We can accommodate up to 50 people with tables and chairs. |
Small Meeting room | Suitable for smaller meetings up to 6 people, Counselling sessions, Tutoring, study etc. |
Kitchen | Fully functioning kitchen with tea making facilities, *any food prepared on the premises for groups or meetings must be prepared by a HCCP certified person |
Additional facilities | Free internet access, projector and flip chart, printer services. |
Carpark | Front car park for up to 6 cars, more spaces available to the front and side of the building. |
